I don’t like how addicted I am to my smartphone an I feel like this is a big step in getting freedom from that. I set it up on my lunch and then this afternoon I went for a walk with it to Moulton Falls Park and I felt so free.
There were times when I was walking along the river when I thought of a question I would normally just google the answer to. But I remembered I didn’t have my iPhone and so I thought, “Well, nothing I can do about it.” And moved on to my next thought.
It felt like I was control of my mind again. So yes, I’m loving it. May not be able to use it all the time, but it’ll be nice when I need to take a digital break.
